Fees

Please note: fees below are for places very close to Rugeley - prices increase by a small amount the further I have to travel in order to cover petrol.
As an example - if a visit is £8 in Rugeley then for Stafford which is say 10 miles away I would charge £9.

Monday to Sunday	Prices start from £8 for 1 visit/day £14 for 2 visits/day
Bank Holidays (Just Easter Sunday & New Years day)	Prices - will cost an extra £5
Christmas week (25th – 1st Jan) Very limited spaces	From £20 per visit on Christmas day From £15 per visit on Boxing day

Payment

25% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. This is non refundable. The remainder of the fee to be collected at the first visit. Cash is preferred if possible.

Key Collection

For future bookings or if the key is not available on our consultation visit, a key collection fee of £2.50 will be charged for me to collect the key. However you are very welcome to drop off keys at my home. For those who wish to use my services regularly, I am happy to keep keys over a longer period so that you do not need to be dropping off and picking up keys time and time again.
